Scope
This policy explains how personal data is processed when you visit this website or contact us. It is based on the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP / nLPD) and, where it applies to visitors in the European Union, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Data we process
This website has no contact form and no user account. We process: (a) technical data automatically recorded by our host when you visit, such as IP address, date and time, pages requested, browser and device type; (b) the data you choose to send us yourself by email, phone or WhatsApp, such as your name, contact details and the content of your request.
Purposes and legal bases
Technical data is used to deliver the website, keep it secure and diagnose faults (legitimate interest; GDPR art. 6(1)(f)). Data you send us is used to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform the services you request (pre-contractual and contractual measures; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), or on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to you. Optional preference cookies are only used with your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)).
Recipients
Our hosting provider, OVHcloud (OVH SAS), 2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France, processes technical data on our behalf. If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp / Meta under their own privacy terms. We do not sell your data.
Transfers outside Switzerland
Our host is located in France, a country recognised as providing adequate data protection. If you use WhatsApp, data may be transferred by Meta to other countries, including the United States, under the safeguards Meta applies.
Retention
Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operation. Correspondence is kept as long as necessary to handle your request and our relationship, and to meet legal retention obligations.
Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or misuse.
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, object to or restrict its processing, request data portability, and withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future. To exercise your rights, write to vip@akcess.com.
You may lodge a complaint with the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC / PFPDT), and, if you are in the EU, with your local data protection authority.
